Delivery Information

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we process and dispatch orders on the same or next business day, depending on when you place your order. Here are some details about our delivery options and times:

Delivery Options and Times

  • Standard delivery: £3.99. Your order will arrive within 4 working days of placing your order. This option is free for orders over £28.98.
  • Express delivery: Your order will arrive within 1-3 working days of placing your order. This option costs £5.99 for all orders.
  • Weekend delivery: Sometimes our couriers will attempt to deliver on Saturdays, excluding public holidays. This is not guaranteed, and we do not offer a dedicated service for this.

Delivery Areas

  • Domestic shipping: We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (incl. the Highlands and Channel Islands). If we cannot deliver to your address for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • International shipping: We currently do not offer international purchases or shipping, but we plan to expand to EU and other countries in the future. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.

Delivery Locations

  • Residential address: We can deliver to your home address, or any other permanent work address you provide. Please make sure someone will be there to receive your order or provide a safe place for the courier to leave it.
  • Workplace address: We can also deliver to your workplace if you prefer. Please make sure you include your company name and department in the delivery details and inform your colleagues that you are expecting a delivery. The courier will deliver to the address, not the person.
  • BFPO Addresses: We currently do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

  • Tracking your order: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
  • Missing or damaged items: If your order is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Service interruptions: Sometimes, due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or customs, your order may take longer to arrive than expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
